About Chris Hoyt

As a lifelong resident of Forest Lake, Chris not only has deep roots locally, but also, within the real estate industry. His mother, Mary Ann Hoyt, was a Realtor in the Forest Lake area for many years, as Chris himself has since 1999. With his extensive knowledge of the local area, and a loyal list of past clients he has cultivated over the years, Chris has always been able to provide his customers with an unmatched understanding of the Real Estate marketplace. His dedication and pledge to his customers coupled with his philosophy of outperforming the competition have always been his trademark. Chris believes that full service means exactly that! Beginning with his sign in the yard and concluding with the check at closing, Chris brings experience, energy and enthusiasm to the team. Chris, together with his lovely wife Jill of 23 years, reside in Forest Lake with their two girls, Afton and Eden and their son, Westin. Together, the Hoyts serve actively within many local volunteer organizations; among them being one of the founding members of our local lake association. Chris graduated from the University of St. Thomas, where he received a B.A. in Business Finance prior to embarking his real estate career. Like many of his colleagues at RE/MAX Synergy, Chris is also honored to be coached by the Mike Ferry organization, a prestigious industry representing the top half of one percent of all realtors in the United States.
