On a scale of 1-5, I would rate Bob a 10+! He is truly the definition of a professional in the real estate business. He is constantly working on your behalf to find buyers to work out the details of a possible sale and various alternatives that would make the sale likely. He endlessly marketed our property and looked for potential relocates from other states as well as having an abundance customers he taps into.
